Enrolment
No one shall be admitted to any examination of the University unless enrolled as a student of the University. The enrolment fee shall be charged according to the instructions of the University and shall be paid once only irrespective of the number of times the candidates appears at examination of the University or whether he/she appears as regular student or an ex-student of an affiliated college of the university or as a private candidate (.89and 90)
Migration
In the case of student who takes a migration certificate to join another University, his membership of the University shall lapse until such time as he may subsequently return with a Migration Certificate from the other University . No enrolment.
In such case shall, however, be necessary, proveded that this lapse of membership shall not debar a student from appearing at an examination in the additional optional subject for a degree already taken in the University.(.91)
Attendance
The expression 'regular course of study' means attendance required to be put in by a candidate in the lectures, tutorials and practical as provided in the ordinances for the respective examinations. Subject to the provisions of condonations of shortage in attendance as contained in 0/145 and the provisions of 0.145-A, a candidate who fails to put in the required minimum attendance as provided in the ordinances shall be detained from appearing at the examination.
The University/College would be under and obligation to ensure-75% attendance of a regular student out of the total classes held in and academic session in the coollege as required under the guidelines of U.G.C. and direction of Hon'ble High Court, Rajasthan
In no case, relaxationis given to appear in the examination where the students has not completed 75% attendance. Also, if a particular students is absent for 10% of the total number of attendance which are expected in a year then the college would inform the parents of such students of his absence. Stups will be taken to remove the name of such student after the absence of 25% of the expected classes in a session to cancel his admission.
Dress Code
College prescribed uniform for its students which resemble the dress code of advocates as prescribed by the Advocates Act, 1961
